Interview flows

Each round is graded on a different process — don't use one format for all of them. Pick the round you're drilling and run its flow top to bottom; every step shows what the interviewer is grading.

• Coding — AI off (live pair)~40 min
  Blank editor, someone watching. The graded thing is as much HOW you work as the final code.
• Coding — AI allowed~35 min
  AI is on. The round is NOT about prompting — it's about judgment over what the AI gives you.
• System design~45 min
  The most structured round. Driving the conversation top-to-bottom IS the grade.
• Deep-dive / behavioral (your project)~12 min / story
  Tell a real project story so the technical depth and ownership land. Lead with “I”.
