공장을 돌리는 소프트웨어를 6년 — 제품 한 개 한 개를 추적하고 그 데이터를 정확하게 관리하는 시스템. 처음엔 자동차 시트프레임, 그다음 EV 배터리(SK온). 두레정보(1년 남짓) → SK AX 최근까지. (MES/WMS 같은 용어는 묻거든 그때 풀어서.)

공장에선 제품 한 개를 'LOT'으로 추적한다 — 한 채의 집처럼 각각 상태와 전체 이력이 있고 단계를 거쳐 간다. 그 raw 데이터를 다 모아서 인사이트·원가분석까지 뽑는 게 내 일이었다. Opendoor가 집 한 채마다 하는 거랑 본질이 똑같다.
